Rob’s Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich

Prep Time: Marinate chicken to taste
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: variable
For each Sandwich: 
1 Chicken Breast 
1-2 slices Honey Ham 
1 slice Swiss Cheese
1 slice of pineapple 
Bread of choice
Honey Teriyaki marinade
Marinate chciken in Honey Teriyaki sauce. 
Grill on low to keep chicken moist, until just about done. 
Preheat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit. Place chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with honey teriyaki marinade. Onto each breast, layer a slice of pineapple, 1-2 slices of honey ham, then a thick slice of Swiss cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. 
Use bread of your choice such as bulky roll or Portuguese roll. Don't cheat yourself on the roll! A sandwich this good deserves to be provided a nice bun. Enjoy!

Ashley’s Chicken Wontons Appetizer

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 24
1 package Wonton Wrappers
1 package signature brand Sundried Tomato & Basil Chicken Sausage (found at Shaws)
1/4 of a Green Pepper, chopped
1/4 of a Red Pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
1/2 package Cheddar Jack cheese
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray. Place one wonton wrapper in each spot. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown. Cook 24. 
Remove sausage from casings & place in a pan separating until small cooked pieces. Remove from heat and add cheddar jack cheese, and mix. Then add ranch dressing and peppers, mix. 
Scoop the mixture into the wontons shells. Bake for about 7 minutes.
