Mexican Dip

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: party appetizer
1 package Cream Cheese 
1 can Hormel Chili with or without Beans
1 jar Salsa
Olives
Mozzarella
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 
Layer ingredients in a baking/serving dish in the order listed, starting with cream cheese on the bottom and bake for 25 minutes. ENJOY!
P.S. The author hand wrote and gave me this recipe at work. Though it sounds simple, she said it is so delicious it disappears in minutes every time she makes it!

Banana Bile Bread

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 1 loaf
1 stick Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1.5 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 ripe Bananas, mashed
1/4 cup Applesauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a loaf pan with oil and flour to prevent sticking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and butter. Add egg. 
In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients into butter/sugar combo. Add mashed bananas, and vanilla then mix just until ingredients are incorporated. 
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for one hour. Enjoy!
