Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
2 packages Lady Fingers (without cream)
2 (8 ounce) packages Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 pint Heavy Cream, whipped
1 can Strawberry or Cherry pie filling
In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and sugar and mix well. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
In a 13x9 pan, add 1 package of split/separated lady fingers in a single layer. Spread half of cream cheese mixture over cakes. Add second package of split lady fingers, then remaining cream cheese mixture. Top with pie filling.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
