Prone Pumpkin Pie

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
3 Eggs
1 large can Pumpkin
1 can Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1 dash of Salt
1 box Yellow Cake mix
1 cup chopped Pecans (optional)
1 cup Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs well, then mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Spread into 9x13 pyrex pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture, and add chopped pecans, then drizzle melted butter over top evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
