Fire Ant’s Firehouse Chili

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour and 15 minutes
1/2 cup Olive Oil
9 cloves fresh Garlic, chopped
2 large Onions, chopped
2 Green Peppers, chopped
2 lbs Ground Beef (90/10)
4 15.5 ounce cans Red Kidney Beans, with juice
1 28 ounce can Crushed Tomatoes
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 tablespoons dried Cilantro
3 tablespoons Adobo seasoning (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a large stockpot, heat olive over medium heat then add onion, green pepper, garlic and cook until softened. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Add beans with juice,   tomatoes and mix until incorporated. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, cilantro, adobo and salt and simmer for 1 hour. 
Serve alone, or over spaghetti or white rice.
